Refund policy

We do not accept returns for items that are only cracked or have cosmetic damage. If your item is broken or compromised, please contact us to arrange a return. For cracks, we offer free basic repairs. To do this, please deliver or ship the piece to our Boulder, Colorado, USA studio. If that is not possible, we provide remote repair instructions.

It's paramount to grasp that wood, being a natural and ever-evolving medium, responds to the climatic conditions of your environment, whether it's humidity, heat, or their absence. This transformation occurs regardless of the duration of wood drying before designing. Consequently, it's normal for minor cracks (up to an inch) and fine surface crazing to manifest over time. Rest assured, these alterations won't compromise the structural integrity of your piece.

Such is the inherent charm of wood, contributing to the uniqueness of every hand-carved wooden masterpiece. As your piece matures, it will develop its own distinctive character and patina, enhancing its inherent beauty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We are not responsible for shipping costs when returned.
